Student Master data data continues to be configured, and should be completed by the end of the week for use in defining the 'student prototype' and 'proof of concept'.
Stribling, Fant, Ridgeway, Howorth, Kreskey, Morrisson and Ferguson met to discuss the status of proposed changes to the online application for undergraduate admissions. Most changes had been made, and will be moved to our Production environment after all changes have been completed and approved.
Bailey completed the configuration of 'holds', and is reviewing reporting functionality with TEM to support Orientation needs.
Norman completed the confirguration of 'statuses', and continues to work on the loading of all U.S. High Schools within CM.
Oliphant, Vinson, Parham and Stribling met to discuss the Law Admission process. Vinson and Parham agreed to outline the current process, and submit to Stribling for review. The task has already been completed and is under review by Stribling.
Gates, Bailey, and Stribling met with Larry Ridgeway, Sandra Crowe and Whitman Smith to discussed the proposed solution to address our Orientation needs within CM. Although the solution might not be the ideal, all agreed that it would be a workable and acceptable Phase I solution.
Work on the project was very limited due to absence of various team members that were involved in on-campus training and workshops in Germany. Work continued on the process of mapping charges from various feeder systems to SAP.

SAP's WAS 6.10 was installed several weeks ago and testing has been taking place. The upgrade for this (release 6.20) has arrived and the upgrade process for this will begin on July 8. At present it is reported that this relase may be the one incoporated with the release of Enterprise although 6.30 may be available at that point.
