Academic Structure

The Academic Structure team has identified the following action items:
  1. Benita finishes entry of past course changes (end of August)
  2. Registrar's Office reviews entry (for earlier changes) and completes the entry of data (last four months)
  3. Eform pages and routing directions
  4. Course change/add/delete comes on-line
  5. Need to work on how new program input process (forms - routing - entry). Input by IT
  6. Final program info. from departments (mainly Ph.D. and few others)
  7. Final program information
  8. All remaining deleted courses - programs, etc.
  9. Determine institutional strategy for handling prerequisite checking
  10. Determine institutional strategy for handling grades checking
  11. Plan for registration including pre and corequisites
  12. With Provost - Registrar concerning prerequisites and corequisites (special problems for transfers)
  13. Plan for registration with - without pre and corequisites
  14. Latest up-to-date information for courses and programs
  15. Sign off sheets for course and program information
  16. Meeting with Schools - College representatives on prerequisites, corequisites, cross listings. Start discussion on registration. Distribute course - program data for correction - review
  17. Final correction and entry of course - program information
