Only a very few (~3) degree program forms have not been turned in. The response of departments/programs returning these completed forms in a timely fashion was much better than expected. Rick and Jim are starting to enter this information into the CM database.
Onice has started to enter approved Undergraduate/Graduate Council minutes from Fall 2001 that were missed in the earlier data entry/2002 University Catalog due to the normal delays in the meetings minute approval process; thanks to Onice for this volunteer effort. Denise is still working to enter/verify Council minutes entered since Dec 2001 to date.
Veena has delivered a semi-final version of the course eforms set to various people for final review. Based on early comments, it appears that several changes still need to be made before going live with the eforms pages.
Rick, Charlotte, and Jim have met to discuss course footnotes and registration rules. The course footnotes have been resolved and Charlotte is working on a report for the registration rules.
We continue to work to establish a CM related Earlywatch session for SAP production before the first student data loads to more effectively identify performance trends. This effort continued for over a month last FY before the support personnel in Ireland decided to step out of the picture and turn the project over to Waldorf.
The server to be used for data exchange has been installed along with Oracle8.
