Denise, Jamie, Onice, Pam, and Jim have met to discuss the information needed to set-up course schedules for the next term, mainly centering on identifying classrooms, seating capacity, and resources within the room. Jim met with the Provost, Dr. Fant, and others to discuss the classroom assignment concerns. A memo will be written asking for help with classroom information based on a spreadsheet of data provided by Denise.
The eforms process for course adds/changes/deletes is still under review. We would like to have it go live Jan 2003.
A classroom questionnaire will be sent out.
Work was completed on the financial aid spreadsheet for sponsors. Completion of this effort was necessary to establish various G/L accounts that will be used with each sponsor. The analysis included approximately 800+ financial aid sources.

We have a CORE Remittance Processing web demonstration scheduled for next Monday. This is part of our continuing effort to evaluate cash journal to CORE. A final decision will be forthcoming.
A proposal has been made on the numbering scheme for the assignment of main and sub transactions. A final decision on this issue will be forthcoming.
We will begin work on the blueprint for the assessment of fees. This should be completed sometime next week.

Working on solution to setting payment locks on credits issued to students that are NOT Financial Aid related.
