Work is still on going for getting all the classrooms with correct information into CM. At the present, it appears that involving the Physical Plant and the current research space review might be a good possibility. The eforms process for course adds/changes/deletes is still under review. We would like to have it go live Jan 2003.

Work was completed on the financial aid spreadsheet for sponsors. Completion of this effort was necessary to establish various G/L accounts that will be used with each sponsor. The analysis included approximately 800+ financial aid sources.

We have a CORE Remittance Processing web demonstration scheduled for next Monday. This is part of our continuing effort to evaluate cash journal to CORE. A final decision will be forthcoming.
A proposal has been made on the numbering scheme for the assignment of main and sub transactions. A final decision on this issue will be forthcoming.
We will begin work on the blueprint for the assessment of fees. This should be completed sometime next week.
Form Development - The following forms are under development
Configuration - Configured and Successfully tested payments to Business Partners via Direct Deposit.
Working on solution to setting payment locks on credits issued to students that are NOT Financial Aid related.

Rick & I have been doing the configuration to get ready for the Integration Test in mid-January.
Mary has requested copies of key reports from Frank Tuttle in order to classify them by fields and scope. Mary had completed a review of reports on event data.
Mary, Kathy and Donna Chappell had a working session to review the technology supporting selection methods and logical databases.
Kathy has set up prototype selection methods and an LDB with events (E's and EL's) as root objects.
