The CM Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring that resources are available when needed, communicating project information to the various teams, and coordinating and monitoring the overall project schedule in order to achieve a successful implementation. The CM Project Manager communicates project news and progress to the Project Sponsor/Director and to the Steering Committee and passes on issues for their consideration as needed. The Project Manager seeks ways to engage the academic community in the implementation of CM at UM.
