The ProSAM Project Manager has overall responsibility for the successful and timely implementation of the Sigma Financial Aid software. The Project Manager will develop a comprehensive project timeline, monitor the progress and coordination of assigned tasks, identify opportunities for process improvement, and insure collaboration with other offices involved in the delivery of financial aid. Presenting project status reports, as well as communicating problematic issues and potential risks to the Project Sponsor and the Steering Committee will also be the responsibility of this project manager.

The ProSAM Project Manager was Mary Harrington through April 30th, 2002. The current ProSAM Project Manager is Laura Diven-Brown.
