Responsible for the implementation of ProSAM, a comprehensive client-server application for financial aid processing, including budgeting, awarding and disbursing federal, state and institutional aid. Work with Sigma Systems, Inc. to enhance this product to provide additional functionality.

Sets project scope and objectives, monitors progress and organizational impact, promotes the project throughout the University, and resolves issues that cannot be resolved at team level.
