March 2000. The authors use their own servlet engine called

web application framework. This is not an introductory text on
servlets. Amazon readers give it 4 of 5 stars. The book

- JavaWorld.com is a
comprehensive site for the lastest java news.
- Another good online source for the latest on java development
issues is JavaReport.com.
- servletsource.com
has compiled tips, tutorials, code and links for servlets.
- Servletforum.com is
a good place to post questions and see ideas of other servlet
developers.
- Sun has a listserv for servlet developers, but beware,
the volume is extremely high. You can join at:
