Authors with accepted abstract can submit either
a 1- to 4-page extended abstract, or
an 8- to 12-page paper.
In both cases, please use the Microsoft WORD file (click here to download) as the template for paper.
We accept only electronic submission, that is, your paper must be in a computer file. We request that you write your paper in Microsoft WORD, if it is at all possible. However, if it is not possible to comply, then you may use your preferred word-processor. In that case, we request that you follow the format as close as you can. In your final submission, you must convert your file into either a postscript file or an Adobe pdf file. No other file format will be accepted. We need to receive your abstract/paper by December 15, 2000 as an email attachment or a floppy diskette. Please send to
