Enhancing Student Success with Scholarship & Academic Support

Each year, The University of Mississippi awards Luckyday Scholarships ranging from $2000 to $7000 per year.

In coordination with this generous scholarship, the Luckyday Program sponsors the Luckyday Success Program.  This program is essential to insuring student success during the first year experience or freshman year.

The Luckyday Success Program assists students during the critical transition from high school to college.  Building a strong foundation during the first year is the key to a successful college career.

Luckyday Awarding Process

The deadline to be considered for the Luckyday Scholarship is February 1, 2010.  Students must be admitted to The University of Mississippi and complete the Entering Freshman Scholarship Application as well as the 2010-2011 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  The deadline to complete the 2010-2011 FAFSA is February 15, 2010.  After completing the FAFSA, if you are notified by the Office of Financial Aid that you have been selected for Verification, you must have all items completed and submitted to Financial Aid prior to February 28, 2010.
