Photo of Camp BestCamp Best recently completed his M. S. degree in Mental Health Counseling at Ole Miss and has two previous Masters Degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and Southern Studies, both earned from Ole Miss as well. His undergraduate degree is a B. A. in History from Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss.

Camp regularly practices yoga and meditation and has incorporated mindfulness practices into his work and daily living. He has received extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and is grateful for the opportunity to incorporate the well-being benefits of this training into teaching and working with students on our campus. Camp teaches EDHE 105 – First Year Experience each fall and regularly speaks to other sections of this course on Mindfulness and Stress Reduction.
