Vaught-Hemingway Stadium has changed greatly since 1915 when UM students helped construct the first football grandstand at the site of the present field.  The Ole Miss-LSU game in 2003 attracted a crowd of 62,552, the largest ever to watch a football game on campus in Mississippi.
