Live every day as if it were your last.
Do and give your very best whether it is God, family, or the job. There is a balance that you can find between all the days' activities, i.e. "Practice Living." There may be more than enough on your list of responsibilities, but you must learn to take One day, One moment, One minute at a time and just live, doing all the things that bring happiness and making the best of what remains. "One day at a time--this is enough. Do not lookback and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering." (author unknown) It's your life. Put God first! Love greatly and unconditionally. Live life to the fullest!

Learn abundantly.
It is never to late or to early to start learning. Throughout life, you are a student regardless of the environment or the situation. You can learn from anyone and there are still tons of things you don't know -- Believe it or not! Everything that I have accomplished has been surrounded with learning from stages as an infant to adulthood and the process continues. Try to accomplish learning something different every day that will build character, inspire confidence, and sharpen your skills. There is a purpose in the process: "All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28)."

Laugh often.
Find the time to add fun and laughter. Life brings about many challenges - some good, some medial, and some bad. Through it all, life goes on; and "smiling and laughter" should have its moment. Even in the death of a loved one, when tears are being shed ---To remember and to reflect can bring about smiles and sometimes laughter. Laughter is good for the soul and I would consider it a number one stress reliever. When you are not laughing, engage in those conversations, activities, and relationships that make you smile, laugh, and bring happiness to your soul. These things are what matters most!
