Secure, Online File Sharing and Storage Available through Box.com
Box.com is a secure, online file sharing and storage service. Content on Box can be accessed from your computer and through iPad, iPhone and Android devices via the Box app. Box is a good resource for storing and sharing files, authoring content, and encouraging collaboration. All current UM faculty, staff, and students are eligible for a free Box account with 10GB of storage space.
Increase Your Email Storage Capacity Using Symantec Enterprise Vault
Symantec Enterprise Vault is a content archiving system that moves emails and their attachments to an online storage area called a vault. Vault requires an Outlook plug-in that is compatible with Outlook 2003-2010 for Windows and Outlook 2011 for Mac. In addition to working with the Outlook client, Vault tools can be accessed through Internet Explorer versions 7, 8 and 9.
